I applied to LSEG. It was on-campus hiring, and the online assessment test was mostly aptitude-based. Most of the questions were on puzzles, general aptitude topics and people management. It puzzles were based on the shapes and different objects

There were 3 types of questions in the assessments
1. On aptitude, puzzles
2. People management, handling conflicts, time management, etc.
3. Coding round

Interviewers are friendly. Just some data and fixed income questions. And leetcodes questions live coding. But for the final onsite round, you don’t have to write the code, just tell them about how to solve this specific leetcode.

I was asked some generic questions, and then moved onto more technical, incl. describing software development life cycle, and how i approach problem solving. The interview lasted around 30 mins.
