It was a 1 month+ interview process. I had two rounds. First Round was with the Director. A very pleasant chat and easy to connect around my past experience and skill set and a bit more visibility on what the role would be. The second round was with 2 people. 30 mins each. It was meant to be 3 but the interviewer never showed up with no justification at all. Both interviews went well and easy to connect with the respective interviewers. One lady was someone who had just joined from Refinitiv and I was her first interviewee. She was looking for very specific things from abstract questions she had which led me to ask her for what she was looking for multiple times. A month went on. Both hiring managers and recruiters went off the grid and ghosted and never got back to me on this just to find out the position had been reposted online again in their system. Overall, nice people but very unprofessional and unfitting of a company like London Stock Exchange Group to not get back to their candidates after a process had been completed.. With a Yes or No. It is very off putting.
