Phone interview then exam and final interview. Easy process. Received results of exam and initial interview within 5 days. However, after my final interview. The interviewers for my final interview are very kind and approachable.
However, the HR associate that I talked with is very unresponsive (follow them up twice) regarding the result of my final interview. I guess I didn't make it but it would be BEST if they reject the applicant FORMALLY.
Please don't ghost applicants and act professionally. Thank you.

Seemed like a decent hiring process. They are discerning with choosing candidates and expect professionalism. However, after going through several interviews with their staff/the management, they will ghost you and refuse to respond to any emails you send after that.
