1st Interview -1hr (2 Interviewers), 2nd Interview (1 Interviewer) - 30Min. Before the 1st Interview Awanthi Fernando(Colombo) was really enthusiastic, but suddenly went silent after second Interview. The fact that the HR department did not bother to at least let the the candidates know the status of ongoing process is a failure.. The experience was so unprofessional and non-cordial, considering this was published in LinkedIn with 2 consecutive application calling rounds.. The Colombo HR department lacks capability, professionalism and courtesy in handling Interviews with professional candidates, such acts may incorrectly demonstrates the organizational culture to be of same low quality which is not the case. Highly recommend the Head of HR and Awanthi Fernando to undergo paid training on how to professionally handle intake process!
