I interviewed with a few companies lately and this was the worst one. I have neve seen such a disorganised, chaotic interview. The main interviewer from LSEG was the only one who was likeable and had some kind of structure, the 3 from microsoft, who are now sadly working along lseg, were a mess, being inappropriate, either firing random questions or causing awkward silence. The worst one was this front end developer who was randomly analysing my linkedin and asking me why I had a work gap, why I had an "open" profile, and other matters that were none of his business . Why was this random individual from a separate company interrogating me? I shut him off after the 2nd dumb question. I also had 4 times the experience and 10 times the talent than the 3 MS people combined, with a hyper-specific and unique background in that field they were hiring for. MS is well known for hiring the cheapest people they can find, and sadly they are now attached to LSEG; LSEG on the other hand needed to vet the people present and structure the interview in a professional manner, so they're at fault as well.
