I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) in Dec 2024
Interview
The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and the role.
First and second interviews focused on technical and strategic topics.
In the third interview, which was supposed to include two interviewers, only one showed up as the other was off sick.
A fourth interview was scheduled a week later to make up for it, causing unnecessary delays.
Throughout the process, HR kept saying the interview feedback was great and that I was progressing further.
After the final round, there was no communication from HR, despite their promise to provide feedback.
Three weeks later, HR called—not to share feedback—but to ask if I was interested in a completely different role.
The process felt misleading, poorly managed, and ultimately like a waste of time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Rather than engaging with my expertise, I was asked basic, definition-level questions that felt more suited for a university lab viva.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2025
Interview
Clear structure shared beforehand with comprehensive candidate pack. Interviewers were engaging and provided opportunities for questions and feedback. There were some delays between stages but that's to be expected at a large organisation operating across multiple time zones.
