Three stage interview process.
First interview with a senior sales associate
Second with the Director of Sales
Final interview with MD of the department.
Final call with HR to go through my expectations of the role, remunerations etc. Received the offer the same week.

Question 1
First Interview - Senior Associate, motivations for applying to the role, why LSE - expect you to demonstrate why you're a good fit for the role so look at the links between your current job and the one you are applying for. Heard back in around 1 week.
Second Interview - Director, very relaxed conversation, wanted to know about me, my current role, why I think I'd be a good fit.
Final Interview - MD, was more just an opportunity for me to ask any questions - come with some insightful questions that will make you stand out.
Received an email from HR the following week to discuss the offer, they couldn't provide too much detail on remuneration and package, which was a little disappointing considering this is an important part as to whether you're going to accept the role.
