Larsen & Toubro interview questions

There will be basically 3 rounds -1st online test of total 130 questions on aptitude, verbal, logical based. -2nd was technical interview where they ask about yourself and your projects and basic questions about core subjects like oops,ds,dbms,os. -3rd was HR round

I had 2 rounds of technical discussions and was informed that I've cleared all the rounds and will receive the offer letter next soon. Called the recruiter after a week and got the response that the company has changed the policy and are now giving offer letter only to those who are serving their notice already and so if I submit my resignation today, I'll receive my offer letter. Had a very bad experience with the recruiter. Wouldn't want to join such a company ever. I already had a few offer letters in my hand and had communicated NO to them straight ahead because I value the company's time and my time. And so, if I say YES to any company, I commit to it and submit my resignation. L&T wanted to play on my ethics by not trusting me. Happy to not join here. :)
