First, students have to register on L&T job ports. After that, they will shortlist students based on resume. Then online technical and aptitude test. Shortlisted students have to go through one technical interview and one HR interview

First there was a preplacement session the online aptitude test og=f 2 hour which includes aptititude and technical question and the interview where Some basic technical ques on control and automation and HR questions was asked.
