After my written test, which I cleared but wasn't told for almost a month, I was invited for an interview. Interviews at l&t aren't really dialogues. They are monologues by first your reporting boss, then the dept head. You're selected depending upon how convincingly you can pretend to have heard and internalized each word of the paean about the company that has just been deleted to you.
