Interview

The interview process went on for 1.5 hrs and was more of an technical interview covering everything that i studied from diploma till engineering. After that it was more of an HR round and HR related questions were asked. Rest there is nothing much to say about the interview. the interviewers were senior persons from EBG.

Larsen and Toubro is probably one of the biggest Indian companies. L&T ECC/Construction as it is called now is the biggest construction compny in India. The interview though was kind of against that. My area of interest and the company strengths do not match and may be thats why the interviewer was clueless what to ask me. In the end it was an easy interview and I made through.
