They asked me to conduct the first interview on-site in their office. Overall, it was a waste of time and a bad experience. Of course, I wouldn't accept any job offer, no matter how high the salary.

It was an online interview and it focused on my previous experience. The questions were general, like how I went along with my colleagues, what were my hobbies and so on.
There were no technical questions, although I had had a test previously.
