Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.

Interview
The First Interview was held with the director of kid's activities. Standard interview questions were asked to get an idea if the applicant would be successful. The second part involved an audition in which the applicant set up a game to play with a group of kids at the health club. Lastly, there was a group interview with the one of the higher-ups at the fitness center.

Describe a situation in which you had a dilemma at work and how you handled it?
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
The interview process was simple and very straight forward. There were a couple over the phone questions and answers and then an in person interview. The in person interview lasted at most 30 minutes.
