This was my first job and the interview may have changed within the last few years. First I applied online and then had an over-the-phone casual interview with the Kids Activities Manager, then a in-person interview with them that asked about my interest in the company, experience, and surprisingly a lot about my life style. I think they are concerned with maintaining the brand within their employees. Then we did a walk and chat around the facility for a tour, finally she gave me a sheet with the mission statement which is "to provide an Entertaining, Educational, Friendly and Inviting, Functional and Innovative experience of uncompromising quality that meets the health and fitness needs of the entire family.” Remember this!!! The final interview was with the GM of that location, and I had to recite this mission statement word for word and answer a lot of questions related to how I live those values.

Easy, ask you question about kids safety. Super nice managers but does not care of when can you work. Told them my avablitily took them a month to scheduled me
Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time
Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
