I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Tempe, AZ) in Jan 2022
Interview
Two interviews: First was with the MCL (Membership Concierge Lead). Go over job qualifications, work history, and job details. Second interview was with the locations General Manager. First question they ask is if you can recite the Life Time mission statement. If you can't, you fail. The rest of the interview is learning about who you are and if you fit in with the company.
I applied online and received a phone call from the manager a few days later. I set up an interview with them and got invited for another interview with the general manager.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Boston, MA) in Jun 2022
Interview
Phone interview, then 2 in-person interviews. Varies depending on management. I interviewed at one location that had a phone screen, then a zoom interview that didn't happen. Asked for a link for the zoom interview several times and got no response. totally ghosted. For another location, they skipped the phone screen and went right to an in-person interview. The manager interviewing me was extremely unprofessional. Showed up in workout clothes and made a bunch of excuses. Blamed the computer system for skipping the phone screen and overall lack of communication. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Ended interview after the manager insisted that pay was non-negotiable. Total waste of time.
