Interview
Questions based on company philosophy and scenario based questions. Very easy process, but be sure to know the company mission statement- this is key for all rounds of the interview process. The final interview may be group, but my initial was one on one. The group is okay, manager will ask each of you to say the mission statement right after each other and how it relates to your life.

Interview
About a week after I was notified that I was selected for an interview, I was then interviewed by the Operations Team Leader one on one in the gym cafe. Then, about a week later, was interviewed by the general manager in a group setting of three of people interested in different areas, in his super small office.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Goodyear, AZ) in Jun 2011
Interview
2 Interviews that were handled professionally. First interview was with the Ops Department Head and the second was with the Clubs general manager! I was younger and had very little experience in work but I found the interviews to be uplifting!
