Interview
The Recruiter I dealt with was flat from the start. She just started asking questions and didn't give me any feedback. She would simply move on to the next question, again and over. She had no sense of humour. She kept asking the same question, even after I gave her the answer, which led me to believe I hadn't answered it correctly.
This was by far the worst interview I've ever had! Following that, I did well in additional company interviews. So I know it wasn't my fault; she probably didn't like me because I was introduced by a LinkedIn employee.
I still enjoy using LinkedIn, but that was a disaster!
There were four rounds of interviews. Started with Phone screening from Recruiter, followed by hiring manager interview and thereafter peer interview and ended with panel interview. Panel interview consisted of a case study.

Interview
I was approached by a LinkedIn in-house recruiter in July 2024, and interviewed during that month. The process included 4 interview rounds across 2 weeks.
Round 1: HR Interview
Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview
Round 3: Peer Interview
Round 4: Case Study (1-week prep) followed by a Panel Interview with the Hiring Manager and Head of Sales (1.5 hours)
It was overall a very enjoyable experience. At each stage, you could tell the interviewers spent time looking into your profile and asked thought-provoking questions. They showed interest in your responses and compelled you to share more about yourself and your experiences. The interviewers were all personable and displayed top-tier professionalism throughout the interview process.
