I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Nov 2015
Interview
Met at campus career fair. Was called a couple weeks after for a phone screening which led to a one hour technical phone interview. Finally, was given a final one hour technical phone interview and was ultimately rejected a few days after. I had a good experience initially with the recruiter and the first interviewer, however, in my final round interview I sensed the interviewers were almost mocking me, as they frequently would not respond to my questions.
round1 resume shortlisting applies on linkedin as a easy apply option
round 2 oa (online assesment) 2 questions on hacker rank
round 3 - technical (dsa) i got basic questions from stack and linked list
round 4 - hr culture fit
My interview process consisted of a single phone screen. During this call, the interviewer asked about my background, skills, and motivation for the role. After which the interviewer elaborated the interview process.
Starts with an OA. It had 3 medium to hard questions. Next technical rounds with an interviewer. They ask medium to hard level questions of leetcode. If cleared, HR call is scheduled and they ask behavioural questions. Sometimes ask about projects.
