1. Screening with recruiter 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Panel to present case (mock onboarding) First 2 steps were great, very open and transparent about the role, culture and my skills. The panel felt easy to deliver - however they used it in a very specific way. I felt like the purpose of the case was to find a reason not to hire me, as opposed to learn why they should.

A couple of phone calls- nothing drastic. did not get past the second call. no call back or rejection which was surprising. Asked about recruiting experience as it transferred well
