Contacted through a recruiter. Interviewers didnt seem to understand English very well. Kept going around in circles even though the question was relatively easy.
Team was not diverse and work didnt seem too appealing and I had a better offer with more pay and exciting work.
It was a simple coding challenge on hackerrank. One of the questions was on string compression. You just have to log in or create an account. It was 2 questions for a total time of 75 mins

Interview
I had a technical round with two interviewers and then a full day on-site. The interviewers ranged from wonderful to rude. I think they’re trying to train people up to interviewing but putting two juniors together isn’t a great idea. It was very obvious that they were trying to think of questions to ask to be tricky instead of having a technical discussion rooted in the code that was written. The recruiting team is pretty good and pleasant to work with
