The interview process consisted of teo interviews, one virtual behavioral interview with HR and one in person interview with the team manager which was more technical. Both were relatively simple and straightforward.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lumenis (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
I had two interviews and was asked to fly across the country for my third interview, this one in-person. I assumed this was the final interview and likely a formality, that would result in me getting the job. It was not. Lumenis then asked me for 3 references, whom they called. Then asked me for two more virtual interviews and then their internal recruiter told me to send a thank you email to the person I interviewed with last. I did. Then I was told I would hear back by the end of the day, nothing. 8 days later they still didn't have an answer for me. I followed up to make sure they could cover my travel expenses for the in-person interview and still was never told what happened with that job. Lumenis is a very unprofessional company. What a waste of everyone’s time
