i got a call from a recruiter asking me to make iq test and personal test it took in the office
this test was only 15 minutes , then they called me to make interview with the direct manager
and then they a gave me offer
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MAERSK (Jakarta) in Jan 2014
Interview
Very slow and time consuming process. Lots of panelists which i realised were irrelevent for the role being interviewed. There was HR interview following the technical rounds, which was rather quick than technical rounds. Lotf of people on vacation during summer, hence expect delayed response to your application during summer time.
