Here is the sequence:
0. email from HR and invitation for the online testing
1. email with online 15-minutes PLI Assessment (Professional Learning Indicator)
2. email with personality test - no time limit
3. phone call and interview ~45 minutes
4. personal interview at HQ in Denmark (I didn't reach that)
(5.) I asked them how many applicants have applied. No answer from HR.
