An online test was required after passing document screening. A simple test to see how candidates would solve problems at workspace, some maths question, guessing the order of patterns, etc. For an on-site interview, you have to repeat the test on paper, just to make sure that you did not have any assistance while taking the online one. If the scores for the two tests vary too much, then you would have to take another one of similar kind. For the interview, each candidate was called out one by one. There was going to be two or three interviews in total. I had a chance to peek through the list of candidates for a second, as each of us had to sign our names on the same paper, and there were about 20 candidates. They told us they were hiring 2 or 3 people but nothing will be decided until they finish all interviews.
