Panel of three people mainly focusing on the personality aspect! They demanded a proof of every thing written in terms of your personality on your CV.They had a detailed discussion on my strengths and weaknesses. Then they made me to have a one on one discussion with one other student on a topic of HR. After this they again had a one on one discussion with me on various HR questions like how can adapt to the new atmosphere etc.
