Macmillan Design Intern interview questions

Definitely overprepared — they asked the usual questions (about job history/conflict management/why Macmillan/personal interests etc.) were super friendly. I wasn't asked about the books I read, so I volunteered that information myself and asked a bunch of questions at the end. I applied online, got an interview offer a month later, and then a job offer the next week.
