Interview
The interview was a half an hour with two managers. They were very professional, yet friendly. There was competency based questions such as 'Tell us about a time you dealt with an angry customer' (As this is what you will do in this role quite regularly). They also asked about previous experience and what I could bring to the role. Also, questions what I knew about the company and what's involved in the role.
