Asked a couple of behavioral questions. interview process was fast and easy. Asked about past experience and cash handling.They will ask how you handle difficult guest and how it will be resolved. what will you do in an emergency situation.

Two in person interviews, 20- 30 minutes each and relatively basic interview questions. How would you greet a customer, how would you describe hospitality, ect. One interview was with the manager and the second interview was with the GM and assistant GM.

Straight forward and quick. The process is formal and informative. You speak with a recruiter and if you make it past this you meet with a supervisor. The overall process is easy and straightforward.
