Marriott International Operations Manager interview questions

It was a long process done at three stages. First a phone interview with a recruiter from global HR of in Canada, the another Star interview searching competency with another General Manager and finally a last interview with the recruiting general manager who gave me feedback from my previous interviewers and conduct her own final interview and gave me the job. I enjoyed the interview process because I knew managers get really cumbersome processes.

Behavioral interview style questions. Focused on the job description that was posted. Questions were looking for a result of a situation. Questions were fair and expected and the interview was short.
