The interview process does ask a lot of questions. Some of them are a little hard. They just want to make sure you are qualified enough for the job

The job interview process is lengthy. Usually the process takes 3 weeks to a month. This is due to them waiting for the results of your drug screening test. However, you must first take an online multiple question test for them to see if you are a good fit for the position. The test takes about 45 minutes. If you pass you will then be invited to have a 2 on 1 interview with immediate supervisor and manager. If the interview goes well you will have a second interview with upper management.
