Massage Envy interview questions

The interview process was extremely positive! I first sat in the lobby to fill out general paperwork. Once that was finished I was directed to the back room where my interviewer was extremely positive the entire time. She was mainly concerned on how I dealt with a difficult customer in my experience in sales. Overall the experience was great.

The interview process was very informal with owner in clinic, during business hours. I was shown the entire facility. Job expectations were communicated along with questions about experience in clinic administration, massage, employee communication, administration and product sales. Asked about best and worst massage and how much experience I had in massage. Very pleasant interview process. Very comfortable.
