Absolutely HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL! They have you getting interviewed by 3 people with 4 other applicants at the same time! People are shouting out questions and applicants shout out answers! You have other applicants that are listening to your answers. You are sitting next to people that are high schoolers with no job experience applying for front desk part time not in the room with people applying for the same position or have your qualifications. The WORST Interview I have ever been to!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you could have famous people be your parents who would you pick?
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Massage Envy (New York, NY)
Interview
Very quickly contacted after submitting online application. Good preliminary phone interview. Clinic interview was a little hectic. Job offer immediately after "sample " full body massage. In House training specific to Massage Envy after hiring and before working. A bit of "fly by the seat of your pants" once the job began.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions. What environment are you looking to work in? How many massages can you do in a row? What hours are you available? Techniques? Etc?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Dayton, OH) in Sep 2013
Interview
Applied online and heard back within a week. They first do a phone screening where they ask you a few basic questions about what kind of hours you would like and what makes you the best candidate for the job. Then they bring you in for an in person interview with the clinic administrator. That's when they give you a script to memorize (you get about a few days to a week to memorize this). Then they bring you in for a second interview.
