Massage Envy interview questions

Resume submitted. Brief interview with manager. One hour massage performed on manager. There wasn't much doubt they would offer me the job. They needed another therapist. Since I have been there, I have seen a bit of a turnover of therapists. The ones who stay, never leave. The others look for a different Massage Envy with better pay and better bosses.

Two parts to the interview - a general interview and one with a sales script. The first part is very casual. At the end, they give you a sales script. They ask for you to have the sales script memorized for the second part of the interview. If you don't have it memorized, you need to memorize it before your first day of work.
