I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (West Chester, OH) in Sep 2011
Interview
Phone interview first to talk about basics of the job-- hours, pay, work history etc. Set up in store interview to talk to upper management and owner-- lasted about 40 minutes. They really took the time to ask questions and made sure we were a good fit all around. You can tell they don't just hire ANYONE, I like that they are particular about their staff. Management and owner was nice and didn't seem 'stuffy'. I felt comfortable that they weren't looking for a cookie cutter and wanted variety in their business. They were very honest about pay and hour expectations and the start of their business and where they saw their growth for the future. moral of the clinic seemed good while waiting in the lobby for my interview- everyone was smiling and nice.
Process seemed to take a few days due to waiting for a background check, but it makes sense.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2011
Interview
Interview went great! Was interviewed by the asst manager then the owner. After that was done I gave a 1 hour practical on the asst manager. They told me they'd call me in a few days but actually called about an hour later and offered me the job.
