I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Highlands Ranch, CO) in Jan 2013
Interview
I submitted my resume in response to a craigslist ad and received a call to set up an interview a day or two after. I unfortunately didn't check a map to see where I was applying and the location was almost an hour away. Still, they wanted to interview me so I went down. I ended up being about five minutes late because I got directions to the wrong massage envy but when I called to say I was lost they were very helpful. When I met with the manager, right away she held up a pouch of water and asked, "Would you pay $2.99 for this? My manager dropped this on my desk and wants us to start selling it. Um, no." She was very nice! We basically just talked and then she talked about selling memberships and how the job works. The only questions she asked were the initial one about the water, if I was in school, and if I was comfortable doing sales. The location was way too far for me so I'm assuming they are going to offer the job to someone else. TIP: Check the map if you are new to the area before applying!

Nothing she pretty much just explained the job the whole time.

Interview
got a call for an interview with one of the managers within a few days after I applied online. I chatted with the girl on the phone for a few minutes just about my availability and about my sales experience. She set me up with a different interviewer since she was going to be out of town. The manager that interviewed me was unbelievably rude. She made me wait over 40 minutes while she sat at the front desk and gossiped with the other girls. During the interview she was very rude and wouldn't give me her undivided attention.None of the questions were hard, all were typical interview questions.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? ( they don't want to hear "I'm hard-working,reliable etc" they want to know about your goals and hobbies)

Interview
I arrived at the location and was given a clipboard with an application to complete. As I sat down to fill out the app, I heard the girl who'd contacted me for an interview (I later found out that she's one of the assistant managers) mutter, "She's still filling out the application?" The atmosphere didn't vibe with me, and I always trust intuition. It reminded me of a bunch of high school cliques and such--definitely NOT something that should be in the workplace.
Went into the office for the interview, and the assistant manager and the owner shared inside jokes the entire time. Horrible.
