Massage Envy interview questions

The interview seemed pretty easy. I was told by the manager that I received the job. I was also told that Saturday I when I would receive my information to fill out and I could come in or do the trainings online at home. I didn’t receive my information so I called , I was told that the manager was busy and would receive a call back. Never received that call so I called back a couple days during the week and every time I got the same message. I was basically ghosted. I’m not sure if my experience wasn’t enough for the job, how the interview went, or because I am black???
