They asked questions. I answered. The practical consisted of a facial on the lead esthetician/massage therapist. Everyone seemed nice, but once I got hired, it was quickly evident to me that most people hated their job there.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Eugene, OR) in Jan 2018
Interview
This is entirely location-dependent, but the location I interviewed was easy going and they didn't have extraneous requirements for being hired. The process was as simple as walking in with a resume, having a conversation with the manager, and providing all credentials and a schedule of availability.
Interview process is to the point and quick. Just talking and asking questions. Got to know me. Hired me. It is like a normal interview process. Check for qualifications and goals. Nothing spectacular. And yeah that’s basically it.
