Massage Envy interview questions

I had a friend who had been working there for a while and found out I needed a job so she talked me up a ton, to the point where my boss had said during the interview that it was literally just a formality because she needed things written on paper for HR. She was super nice and did ask me questions that would get asked in an interview but it was very informal. She even told me in the interview that the job is a lot of apologizing (because the clientele tends to be pretty entitled and the front desk staff get a lot of abuse).

Simple and laid back, they were very nice and it was a pleasure to speak with them. Basic interview questions nothing too crazy. More of a brief talk than anything else
