Massage Envy interview questions

Took about five minutes and they were disorganized and unprofessional. They barely asked anything and offered the job on the spot, which explains their high turnover rate. As long as you show up dressed nice and smile, you’ve got the job.

When I interviewed with Massage Envy it was a group interview but only one other person was there. First I had to fill out some paperwork and then went into a backroom with two general managers and the other applicant. They prefaced the interview by saying they were going to ask some silly questions but there is a method to the madness and it gauges the applicant's personality. The other applicant and I just took turns answering the questions and at the end of the interview the manager sent us a script to memorize. I came back in two days later and basically performed the script and was offered the job on the spot. As a word of advice, make sure to present yourself professionally both in the way you speak and dress.
