Massage Envy interview questions

It was a short interview. I was asked only a few questions including: Tell me about yourself, greatest strength, greatest weakness, what attracted you to this job. I took a personality quiz. I asked a few questions, like typical day, hours, & pay. I turned down a follow up interview with the owner because of the pay structure.

I came in and filled out there own application. She asked me a bunch of questions and then sent me out into the shopping center to bring at least 1 person back for a facial scan. I brought back five and still hold the highest record almost 2 years after I was hired. She had everyone she interviewed to the same thing. After I did that and answered all of her questions, she hired me on the spot.
