Mayo Clinic interview questions

After submitting my application, I received an email about a week later asking for an initial phone interview to give me more information about the position and make sure it was a good fit with my qualifications and interests. After completing the phone interview I was asked to come in for a behavorial based panel interview with three members of the Public Affairs Department.

I was met and greeted by the operations manager of our department. He gave me a tour of the hospital and our specific department. Then, we sat in a private room and discussed my experience and the duties/responsibilities of the position. It felt conversational rather than simply a Q&A session.
