Mayo Clinic interview questions

Panel of two managers in the department. Heard back a month or so after applying that I had received an interview. The first half hour of the interview was explaining the new department and what they offer. The next hour was scenario and situation based questions. At the end, the offered a chance to ask questions to them. It was a pretty relaxed interview environment, but the questions definitely required preparation beforehand.

I got the interview with the help of an employee referral. The interview was taken by 2 people and they were nice and polite. The vibe was positive. They explained the whole procedure to first and the interview was over in 25 mins
