Interview
The hiring process at Mayo Clinic starts with a HireVue interview, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. In my experience, they were very quick to respond and schedule the next steps. From submitting my application to receiving a job offer, the entire process took about a week. However, this may not be the norm for everyone.

Can you describe a time when you had to handle a difficult patient or family member? How did you manage the situation, and what was the outcome?
Very straightforward and pleasant interview process. Asked standard questions about my experience and how its relevant to the role. First round with the hiring manager, then a panel interview with the team. I ended up getting another offer in the time it took to go through the process so I had to decline.
