I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Jacksonville, FL) in Dec 2024
Interview
I used Glassdoor to check for RN job postings. I saw Mayo Clinic's posting for their EP Lab and sent my application. Within 24-48 hours, I received an invitation for a virtual interview, as I live in NJ.
The interviewer was pleasant and only asked a few questions, listening patiently and attentively to my answers. She made me feel at ease; therefore, I was able to think through my answers.
Although I didn't get the job, I walked away from the interview with greater knowledge about Mayo Clinic's history, mission statement, etc. I totally enjoyed my interview.
