The interview process starts by prioritizing students that have had their transition to practice or clinical experience at a Mayo Clinic location. The recruiter reached out to me within two weeks of receiving my application. I was interviewed by the program medical director and clinical manager. The interview was about two hours and included a tour of the building, an explanation of the program of which I'd be working, and the actual interview. I received a phone call with an offer the same day.
