Easy process. Very professional. Made it through the first few rounds but ultimately it was not a good fit. Maybe in the future I can try to consider applying again.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic in Sep 2023
Interview
I interviewed with the internal recruiter first, who was lovely, and then the hiring manager and her peer. That conversation went well also and they said I would be scheduled for panel interviews with additional members of the team. In the interim, I was scheduled for a conversation with a woman in benefits who was incredibly rude and irritated to be doing her job. Despite that the hiring manager had advanced me to the next phase, I received a perfunctory rejection email the day after the conversation with the grump from Benefits.
