Interview
I’ve had 3 interviews for different analyst positions at Mayo. All 3 were the same: interviewers very stoic, not personable, not engaging, didn’t get to introduce MYSELF. I am human. I’m not a robot. Ask me how I am doing and I will do the same to you. All 3 felt very cold and straight to behavioral questions. Which is another negative from me. 60 minutes of question after question. After every interview I’ve decided I would not want to join that ‘team.’ Now that I’ve had 3, I know it’s not the team, but the culture at this company. Lighten up and let’s share a few laughs.
