The initial application process was unbelievably easy. It doesn't require you to fill out everything that is already in your resume. The first interview is 1 virtual recorded question and a few puzzles. The next 2 interviews were live, virtual interviews (30 min long). They were with different departments and asked 3-4 behavioral based questions. The process is months long though (over 2 months) before I received an offer.

Interview
First interview requested was an online recorded tele-interview with no human interaction. Had opportunity to test the platform with a number of practice questions and live recordings.
When ready, the first question was presented and recorded answer could be up to 3 minutes. Had three chances to present answer, but each subsequent take was erased so could not go backwards.

Interview
Phone screen and interview followed a standard process. The interviewer was a little rough around the edges. However, I appreciated that they didn't waste my time and sent a decision quickly.
