Question 1
If you have more than one patient and you are running behind in appointments, what do you do for the patient waiting in the waiting area?
The interview included straight-forward, classic questions--biggest lessons learned, opportunities for growth, there were two team members there doing the interview, the person who would be my supervisor and their boss.
Had a quick phone screening with the manager, they laid out the next steps fine, but then they never followed up. Later I contacted a recruiter to see what was the deal with my progress, and she called me by the wrong name while promising to follow up with me. Months later I received an automated email saying that the position was filled.
