Mayo Clinic interview questions

Applied for the job and didn't hear anything for approximately 2+ months. Called HR twice to ask about the hiring timeline (although I knew I wasn't going to get the job at this point) and was told HR would follow up with me since I had applied 3+ months ago. Received a "no thank you" email approximately 2 weeks later.

Phone screening interview first to see if you'll get an actual panel interview. The panel interview was with 4 people and they asked behavioral questions. They prefer your interview answers to be Situation Task Action Result method.
